The Six Triple Eight is the latest war drama film about the 6888th Central Postal Directory Battalion. It was an all-Black and all-female battalion in World War II.There is also a Buffalo connection to the film.Indiana Hunt Martin was part of the unit sent to Europe that processed and routed mail to American soldiers, sailors, and other personnel serving in Europe and World War II.
